Leadership

President & Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey C. Adam is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC. In his capacity as President of the company, he is responsible for all facets of the business and activities, including the supervision of operations.

Mr. Adam has more than 25 years of financial and operational experience. He has been a partner in a regional CPA firm, CFO for a rapidly growing consumer product company and has operated his own private consulting and tax practice.

Mr. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.

Executive Vice President – Director of Strategic Partnerships

Cheri Shine is the Executive Vice President – Director of Strategic Partnerships for NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC. In this capacity she will be responsible for the development and implementation of key strategic partnerships, sales and marketing strategies, development of the NexGen Network and the implementation of best practices and processes as they relate to service levels and delivery of NexGen products.

With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Shine comes to NexGen from one of the nation's top lenders where she managed the network of service providers focusing most recently on title and settlement services. She brings a broad experience that includes information technology, human resources, lending operations and strategic partnerships. She was one of seven Americans sent to launch a joint venture with a large national bank in United Kingdom where she consulted on the design of a new originations system and ran the most successful regions funding over 12,000 loans per month.

Shine studied Business Information Systems Management at the University of Redlands, California.

National Sales Manger

Paul Tyrrell is the National Sales Manager for NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC. In this capacity he is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy for the TitleHound software. In addition, he works with senior management in identifying business opportunities for TitleHound throughout the US, primarily with the lending community.

With over 22 years of mortgage lending experience, Mr. Tyrrell’s background ranges from originations to being responsible for the management of loan production in 5 western states. While at one of the nations leading lenders, Mr. Tyrrell ranked first in loan production two consecutive years nationwide. He previously served on the Legislative Committee for the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and has worked on multiple industry advisory groups seeking to improve the loan process. He also holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Mississippi.
