Leadership

Cheri Shine, Executive Vice President

Cheri Shine as Executive Vice President for NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC. In this capacity she will be responsible for the development and implementation software technology and the implementation of best practices and processes as they relate to service levels and delivery of NexGen products.

With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Shine previously was with one of the nation’s top lenders where she managed the network of service providers focusing most recently on title and settlement services. She has a broad experience that includes information technology, human resources, lending operations and strategic partnerships. She was one of seven Americans sent to launch a joint venture with a large national bank in United Kingdom where she consulted on the design of a new originations system and ran the most successful regions funding over 12,000 loans per month.

She studied Business Information Systems Management at the University of Redlands, California.

Raffaele Lembo, Software Program Manager

Raffaele Lembo serves as the software program manager for NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC and brings to the company more than 20 years of experience in the software field, with roles in software development, program management and engineering management. Among his key responsibilities at the company, Mr. Lembo will be managing various software development programs, software releases and the development and continued improvement of the software development process.

Prior to joining NexGen Compliance Solutions, Mr. Lembo held various software engineering management positions at Teradyne and LTX Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a PMP certified project manager and a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist.

Christopher Gaffney, Rate Manager

Christopher Gaffney is a rate manager for NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC. In his capacity, he is responsible for managing the TitleHound database, setting up new clients and providing customer support to existing clients.

Prior to joining NexGen Compliance Solutions, Mr. Gaffney started Coastal Title, an abstract company, which serviced Southeastern Massachusetts. Prior to starting Coastal Title, Mr. Gaffney work for several real estate law firms that specialized in bulk closings. In his capacity at those firms, he drafted and reviewed hundreds of contracts for national lenders in the sale of REO properties; coordinated hundreds of closings per month with title companies and attorneys nationwide and reviewed thousands of titles to ensure marketable title.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and his Juris Doctor from the Umass School of Law.

Tanya B. Clark, Rate Manager

Tanya B. Clark is a rate manager with NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC. Ms Clark has over 12 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She started her career in the title industry as an abstractor for an attorney in WV. Soon after she was hired by the first multi bank owned title insurance agency in West Virginia to be the company's first title insurance underwriter. Within one year she was promoted to Operations Manager/Lead Underwriter. After moving to Virginia in 2002 she worked for the Virginia Bankers Association as the Operations Manager - Title Insurance, overseeing operations of seven multi-bank owned title agencies doing business in 8 states. In this capacity she gained experience in customer relations, operations, human resources, technology, licensing and sales.

Ms. Clark holds a BA in English, West Virginia University, 1996. (graduated Magna Cum Laude)
