Introduction of TitleHound™ Software

MIDDLETOWN, RI (February 16, 2009) – NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC, announced the introduction of a new software product designed for mortgage lenders named TitleHound™.

The innovative seamless software solution allows mortgage lenders to instantly provide good faith estimates with final closing costs at point of application. The estimates will include recording, taxes and government fees, and lowest title insurance rates accessible through lesser known discount programs for seniors and military personnel with specialty rates and more.

"By incorporating the TitleHound™ product, users will be offering a GFE to originators and customers that average $500 less than most or all of their competitors during the borrower's shopping phase of their loan," said NexGen President, Jeffrey Adam.
