The following is the privacy policy for the TitleHound application, including the www.NexGenCompliance.com, www.TitleHound.com, www.TitleHoundOnline.com, and www.TitleHoundDirect.com web sites. SCOPE
The current scope of this plan is limited to our Web Server Environment, TitleHound Support, and the NexGen IT infrastructure. This is a business continuity plan, not a daily problem resolution procedures document. Additional sections will be included for overall business operations.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In order to access the our application and/or websites, you may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information at various times and places, including but not limited to your name, title, company name, address, telephone number, and email address that you voluntarily provide or is provided by your employer to provide you with access. When you place an order for subscription services on our site or through Web Services, we may collect personal information from you including your credit card information and the email address that corresponds to your TitleHoundDirect.com or TitleHoundonline.com account, and to which we will send an order confirmation. We collect this information on web pages using encryption technology to help prevent any third party from intercepting the information. We only use your credit card information for completing the purchase transaction and our billing provider saves your credit card information for recurring billing purposes. We may use the information provided by our customers to analyze product trends based on, for example, geographic and demographic factors. This analysis helps us improve the quality of our website. When an order is placed for real estate services we provide directly or through our service providers, we may collect Personal Information about you from the following sources:

WEB SITE SECURITY
The TitleHound site must be accessed with a Secure Sockets layer (SSL) compatible web browser. Refer to the TitleHound Integration Guide for a list of validated browsers. The TitleHound Web Servers uses authentication and RSA encryption technology to secure data transmitted over the internet. The TitleHound web site should be accessed via HTTPS which indicates that the site is secure and the data comes from a secure server. This means that data transmitted from the TitleHound server to client browsers cannot be read or deciphered from unauthorized individuals. The TitleHound SSL Certificates are issued by Go Daddy Secure Certification Authority and it is visible by clicking on the SSL icon found next to the TitleHound URL in your browser. The certificate validates the connection between the TitleHound Server public key and the server identification. All of the TitleHound data is stored in database repositories that has very limited access and are located in a controlled and monitored environment behind a firewall and servers that have all up-to-date security software.
CONSENT TO TRANSFER
This Website is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using this Website, participating in any of our products or services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer. The server architecture can be configured so that servers can be located at different data centers so that in case of such a disaster at one data center the system can keep on working because another set of servers can be co-located at a different site.
